David Ray Mullins, 53, entered into rest on Wednesday, February 5, 2014.
David was born on April 25, 1960 in Houston, Texas to the late Charles D. Mullins and Jane Lee Mullins. David attended Southside Baptist Church. With pride and honor, MSgt Mullins served his country in the United States Air Force. While enlisted, he received many distinguished meritorious ribbons and awards. Subsequent to his military retirement, he worked in civil service at Robins Air Force Base as an Aircraft Mechanic. David was passionate about spending time with his loving family and friends and will surely be missed by all who knew and loved him.
His memory will forever be treasured by his loving wife of twenty five years, Mary E. Mullins, Bonaire; devoted sons, Chris R. and Tyler A. Mullins, Warner Robins; beloved sister, Janey Cox (Joe), Katy, Texas; parents-in-law, Gene and Barbara Grubbs, East Prairie, Missouri; brother-in-law, Michael Grubbs (Tonya), Commerce, Missouri; and his adorable granddaughter, Katie Ledford.
Funeral Services will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, February 9, 2014 in the chapel of McCullough Funeral Home with Reverend Jerry Walls officiating. The family will greet visitors one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Interment will be in Anniston, Missouri at a later date. In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully suggests that donations be given to Heart of Georgia Hospice, 103 Westridge Drive, Warner Robins, Georgia 31088.
