Joseph Askins, passed away on December 09, 2007.
Visitation will be Friday, December 14, 2007 at 10:00 a.m. with services to follow at 11:00 a.m. in the chapel of McCullough Funeral Home. Burial will be held in Fort Logan National Cemetery, Denver, Colorado. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made to the American Heart Association, 3312 Northside Drive, Suite 140 A, Macon, Georgia, 31210.
Mr. Askins was born in New York, New York. He was retired from the United States Air Force as a Master Sergeant and also from civil service at Fitzsimons Army Medical Center in Colorado. He traveled with the Marilyn Hickey Ministries T.V. production. He was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph and Ruth Askins.

three brother-in-laws, Curtis Patterson, Jr, Kenosha, Wisconsin; Joseph Patterson, Mt. Clemens, Michigan; Christopher Patterson (Glenda), Las Vegas, Nevada;
six sister-in-laws, Katie Franklin, Zion, Illinois; Marie Hughes, Denver, Colorado; Cellas Hudson, Waukegan, Illinois; Maxine Patterson, Waukegan, Illinois;Minister Laverne McClain (Robert), Wadsworth, Illinois; Charlene Scott (Rick), Montgomery, Alabama;
