Richard Collins, 61, passed away on Wednesday, September 05, 2007.

Mr. Collins was born on June 25, 1946 in Boston, Massachusetts. He was of the Catholic Faith. He served Two Tours in Vietnam earning the Bronze star and an air medal. He was also a member of the VFW Lodge # 6605 for many years. His parents, James and Elaine Collins, preceded him in death.

Survivors include his wife, Flora Collins, Warner Robins; sons, Patrick Collins, Warner Robins; Michael Collins, Baton Rogue; Robert Collins, Orlando; brother, Skip Collins, Seattle, Washington; Marilyn Markshausen, Acworth, Georgia.

Visitation will be Sunday, September 9, 2007 from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. at McCullough Funeral Home. Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, September 10, 2007, in the chapel of McCullough Funeral Home with interment to follow in the Georgia Veterans Memorial Cemetery full military honors.
