Myrtis was born on August 17, 1949, in Holly Springs, Mississippi to the late Abrom and Lizzie Cook. She was an American Patriot who loved her country. Her presence will be deeply missed by those she held dear.
In addition to her parents, Myrtis was preceded in death by her siblings, Van Dole Cook and Connie Smith.
Her memory will forever be treasured by her sons, Jeffery Crook (Andrea), and Robert Crook (Erika); grandchildren, Martin Crook, Michael Crook, Abbie Crook, and Ayla Crook; and brother, Curtis Cook, Jr.
