Myrtle Dean Roberts

Myrtle Dean Roberts, 90, died Wednesday, July 2, 2003. Services will be held on Saturday, July 5 at 11:00 a.m. at Bonaire First Baptist Church with interment following in Bonaire Cemetery. The Reverend Kenny Rogers will officiate. Visitation will be Friday from 7:00 until 9:00 p.m. at McCullough Funeral Home.

Memorials may be given to the Bonaire First Baptist Church Building Fund, 142 W Highway 96, Bonaire, GA 31005.

Born in Westville, Florida, Miss Roberts was a retired receiving clerk at the VA Hospital in Birmingham, Alabama. She delivered the first meal of the Meals On Wheels program and was the oldest member of Bonaire First Baptist Church. She was also a member of the Senior Citizens Club, Ted Wright, NARFE, the Crochet Club, and Sonshine Bunch Methodist Club. Her parents, Elijah and Florence Roberts, preceded her in death.

Survivors include her sister, Juanita Roberts, Warner Robins; eleven nieces and nephews, and many friends.
