With deep sadness, we announce the passing of our beloved Nathan Chandler Newton. He went to be with the Lord on the morning of Friday, December 9, 2022, after injuries sustained from a motorcycle accident. Nathan is together again in heaven with his mother, Jennifer Leigh Newton, who passed away in 2019, and his paternal grandfather, Richard Newton, who passed away earlier this year.
Born in Warner Robins on March 11, 2002, Nathan was a 2020 graduate of Northside High School and worked for In Line Cable. In his free time, you would find him working out, riding his motorcycle, bowling, gaming or hanging out with friends. His outgoing disposition always made everyone feel welcome around him. Nathan will be greatly missed by everyone who knew him.
Those left to cherish Nathan’s memory are his loving father, Joey Newton of Centerville; his siblings, Madelyn Anslee Newton of Centerville, Noah Allen Newton of Warner Robins and Aaron Michael Wayne Newton (Marissa) of Houston, TX; his maternal grandmother, Helen Willis of Warner Robins; his paternal grandmother, Ruth Newton of Centerville; aunts and uncles, Heather Deloach of Bonaire, Wendy Price (Tim) and Kim Hobbs (Don), both of Dexter, GA and Richard Newton (Catharine) of Merritt Island, FL; and several adoring cousins.
Visitation will be Monday, December 12, 2022, from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. at McCullough Funeral Home. A funeral service will immediately follow at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of McCullough Funeral Home with Reverend Tim Price officiating.
