Neal Coleman Waller, 56, passed away on Saturday, August 4, 2007.
Mr. Waller was born on August 17, 1950 in Macon, Georgia. Neal lived his whole life in the Middle Georgia area. For thirty years, he was a visionary builder and developer. His lasting legacies include, Sleepy Hollow, Erin Glen, Sterling Place, and Pioneer Acres. His true gift was being able to see the raw land into a community. Neal was passionate about his work, landscaping, and NASCAR races on Sunday. He enjoyed traveling and welcoming yet another dog to the house. No matter what, Neal could always be counted on for his amazing sense of humor. Above all, he loved his family. He was a devoted husband and loving father. His parents, Curtis Coleman and Jane Ruth Perkins Waller, and his sister, Judy Waller Davis, all preceded him in death.
He will be greatly missed by his beloved wife of twenty six years, Anne McCarthy Waller, Fort Valley; daughter, Erin, Fort Valley; four sons, Ryan, Fort Valley; Quinn (Jennifer), NC; Cole, Fort Valley; Shannon, Athens; five grandchildren, and several Jack Russell terriers, mutts and cows.
Visitation will be Friday evening from 7:00 until 9:00 p.m. at McCullough Funeral Home. Funeral services will be Saturday morning at 10:00 a.m. in the Chapel of McCullough Funeral Home with interment following in Parkway Memorial Gardens. Flowers will be accepted or memorial donations may be made to the Warner Robins Humane Society, 206 Bay Street Warner Robins, GA 31088.
