Nelda Threlkeld Lewis

Nelda Lewis, 78, passed away on Wednesday, March 21, 2007.

Ms. Lewis was born on December 31, 1928 in Atlanta, Georgia. She was a member of Green Acres Baptist Church. Nelda retired from civil service at Robins Air Force Base where she worked as a transportation clerk. She was a wonderful mother, grandmother and sister. Her parents, Earl Proctor and Thelma Holt Cochran, and her sister, Earline Davis, all preceded her in death.

Survivors include her children, Reverend James R. Threlkeld (Fran), Rosalind Taggart, Marty Willis (James), Dianne Crozier, all of Warner Robins; sister, Letha Young, Atlanta; grandchildren, Alex R. Threlkeld, Carol L. Lesser, Darron Crozier, Keith Crozier, Mark Christianson, Erik Christianson, Karan Hudgens, great grandchildren Aaron Kaminer, Caleb Kaminer, Jeremiah Kaminer, Kalan Threlkeld, Ashton Christianson, Katelyn Christianson, Brittain Christianson, Derek Copsey, and Jacob Hudgens.

Visitation will be Thursday evening from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. at McCullough Funeral Home. Graveside services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, March 23, in Magnolia Park Cemetery.
