Newton E. Bell, Usaf (Ret)

Newton E. Bell, 81, entered into rest on Thursday, March 3, 2011.

Mr. Bell was born on April 6, 1929 in Dairy, Louisiana. After twenty years of service, TSgt Bell retired from the United States Air Force where he served during the Vietnam era and Korean conflict. Subsequent to his military career, he retired from civil service at Robins Air Force Base.

He is survived by his wife of thirty six years, Lillie Lord Bell; six children; one sister; several grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Visitation will be Sunday, March 6, from 1:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. at McCullough Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, March 6, 2011, in the chapel of McCullough Funeral Home with interment following in Magnolia Park Cemetery.
