Norma Howell

Norma Jean Howell, 91, entered into rest on Wednesday, March 29, 2023.

Norma was born on September 24, 1931, in East Los Angeles, California. Norma loved life. She was kind, thoughtful, and always ready and willing to help people. She loved sewing and needlepoint in her free time. She was and remains the best mom to have.

Norma’s parents, Elzy and Ida Moffitt, along with her husband, Richard Howell, preceded her in death.

Her memory will forever be treasured by her children, Michael Howell of Jacksonville, Florida, Linda McCoonse of Warner Robins, Georgia, and Christopher Howell of Warner Robins, Georgia; grandson, Richard Howell; and sister, Louise Colb of Sacramento, California.

Visitation will be Monday, April 3, 2023, from 2:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. at Church of Nazarene. A funeral service will immediately follow at 3:00 p.m. Afterward, Norma will be laid to rest in Magnolia Park Cemetery.
