Pamela Miller Holmes

August 10, 1982 — June 14, 2024

Bonaire

During the evening of Friday, June 14, 2024, Pamela Miller Holmes, 41, unexpectedly entered into rest joining her Lord and Savior, Jesus, in heaven.

Pamela was born on August 10, 1982, on Robins Air Force Base in Warner Robins, Georgia. She was a 2000 graduate of Houston County High School prior to joining the United States Air Force, as an airman, for two years. Pamela attended Macon State College where she received her bachelor’s degree in business, having graduated with honors. Following her graduation, Pamela began working at Robins Air Force Base as a contracting officer prior to beginning her career as a Quality Assurance Program Manager. She was a dedicated member of Southside Baptist Church where she supported many missions. Pamela was very talented and won numerous awards for her drawings in high school and years after. She was devoted to her beautiful family, was a loving mother and wife and was meticulous in providing her family with a clean home. A former cancer survivor, she survived Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma in 2013 and has been in remission since 2014. Although Pamela’s death was unexpected and too soon, we know she is celebrating with Jesus and watching over us from above. Her strength and legacy will live on through her family and beautiful children.

Her memory will forever be treasured by her beloved husband of 8 years, Michael Holmes; adoring children, Emerson James Holmes and Isabelle Ann Holmes; loving parents, James and Catherine Lee Miller, devoted brother, Tom Miller (Lillian), devoted sister-in-law, Michelle Holmes, father-in-law, Ricky Holmes (Cindy), and mother-in-law, Kathy Smith.

Visitation with Pamela’s family will be Monday, June 17, 2024, from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at McCullough Funeral Home. The funeral service celebrating her life will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, June 18, 2024, at Southside Baptist Church with Reverend Jerry Walls and Reverend Randall Nash officiating. Following the service, Pamela will be laid to rest in Parkway Memorial Gardens.
