Patsy Ann "Granny" Stephens

Patsy Ann Stephens, 81, entered into rest on Sunday, September 7, 2014.

Patsy was born on September 30, 1932 in Winona, West Virginia to the late Emmett and Clara McKnight Ramsey. A nurturing mother, she devoted herself to the raising of her children and the making of a home. Patsy enjoyed nothing more than simply spending time with her family. She especially loved being Granny to her eight wonderful grandchildren and Old Granny to her great-grandchildren.

Her beloved husband of fifty-seven years, Charley Roscoe Stephens; daughter, Vicky Lynn; and parents, preceded her in death.

Patsy's memory will forever be treasured by her loving children, Bruce Stephens (Jobie) of Kathleen, Debra Green and John Stephens, both of Warner Robins, and Lori Crawford (Gary) and Beth Harper (Bobby), both of Bonaire; grandchildren, Rachael, Jessica, Caleb, Samantha (Adrian), Alyssa, Ben, Hannah and Hunter; two great-grandchildren, Luke and Gracie; siblings, Lora Dell Parker, Vivian Mitchell, Robert Ramsey, Billy Joe Ramsey and Shelby Sosebee; and a host of adoring nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, September 13, 2014 in the chapel of McCullough Funeral Home. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 1:00 p.m. until service time. Interment will follow in Glen Haven Memorial Gardens.
