Pattie Ree Leverett Couillard

Pattie Ree Leverett Couillard, 67, passed away on Sunday, November 5, 2006. A rosary will be said Tuesday 6:00 p.m. with visitation following until 8:30 p.m. at McCullough Funeral Home. Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, November 8, 2006 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church with interment following in Leverett Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made to the Alzheimers’ Association, 277 Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd, Macon, GA 31201, or to St. Jude’s Children’s Research, 332 N. Lauderdale St., Memphis, TN, 38105.

Mrs. Couillard was born on October 22, 1939 in Warner Robins, Georgia. She was married to Bob for 50 loving years. She was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church, and was store manager of Lo-Lo Convenience Store. Her parents, James and Minnie Leverett, Sr., and siblings; Paul Leverett, Sonny Leverett, and Genny Langston preceded her in death.

Survivors include her husband, Robert “Bob” A. Couillard; daughter, Ronda Joy Gibson; son, Mike E. Couillard; son, Rob A. Couillard, Jr. (Sandi); grandsons, Hank Couillard, Shane Couillard, Cody Gibson, Jordan Couillard, and Payton Couillard; and sister, Gertrude Caswell, all of Warner Robins.
