Paul K. ''Kenny'' Davenport, 84, entered into rest on Friday, January 10, 2014.
Kenny was born on October 24, 1929 in Calvin, Kentucky and was of the Baptist faith. He proudly served in the United States Air Force from which he retired and went on to devote several more years to Civil Service at Robins Air Force Base before retiring from there as well.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Juanita Floyd Davenport; son, Paul Michael Davenport; and his parents, Marion and Kitty Davenport.
His memory will forever be treasured by his loving daughter-in-law, Susan Davenport of Warner Robins; grandchildren, Luke and Gabe Davenport, both of Warner Robins; Maj. Clayton Laughlin (Teresa) of Williamsburg, Virginia and Connie Laughlin of Jacksonville, Arkansas; great-grandchildren, Jack and Sarah Laughlin; brother, Eugene Davenport (Betty), niece, Karen Castle Williams and great-niece, Lindsey Castle, all of Charlotte, North Carolina; and friend, Shirley Godfrey of Warner Robins.
Visitation will be Saturday, January 18, 2014, from 2:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. at McCullough Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow at 3:00 p.m. in the chapel of McCullough Funeral Home with interment following in Magnolia Park Cemetery.
