Pauline Fusinato

Pauline Fusinato walked into the loving arms of her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Wednesday, December 16, 2015, five days shy of her 102nd birthday.

In the winter of 1913, Pauline was born in LaSalle, Illinois the daughter to the late Andrew and Beneditta Abate Frisella. While in Rockford, Illinois, she was a cook and manager for Eclipse, Inc. and retired after many dedicated years.

A devout Catholic, Mrs. Fusinato was a longtime member of St. Anthony's Catholic Church in Rockford where she was involved in Altar and Rosary and Women's Auxiliary. She was also a member of TOPS for 35 years and the Verdi Club. Since moving to Georgia, St. Patrick Catholic Church in Kathleen was Pauline's church home.

Her memory will be forever treasured by her son, Anthony Valentino Fusinato (Nan) of Perry; one granddaughter and two grandsons; two great-grandchildren and four step-great-grandchildren. In addition to Pauline's parents, she was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 59 years, Anthony "Anton" Fusinato, and her daughter, Marie Lorraine Fusinato-Swanson.

A Memorial Mass will be celebrated on Saturday, January 2, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. at St. Patrick Catholic Church in Kathleen.
