Perry Jahn Soli

Perry Jahn Soli, 74, passed away on Thursday, June 23, 2005 at Carl Vinson VA Hospital in Dublin. Graveside services will be held at 10:30 AM on Monday, June 27, 2005, in Andersonville National Cemetery. Visitation will be Sunday, June 26, 2005 from 4:30 until 6:30 PM at McCullough Funeral Home.

Mr. Soli was born in Fredrikatad, Norway. He was affiliated with River of Light Church of God. He retired from the Merchant Marines as a Navigation Officer. He served in the United States Army Korean Conflict where he received the Purple Heart, the Combat Infantry Badge, the Korean Service Medal, and the UN Service Medal. He was a member of the Mason’s and the Son’s of Norway. His parents, Einar and Eugenia Soli, preceded him in death.

Survivors include his wife, Ethel Jean Soli, Warner Robins; Perry John Soli, Houston, Texas; Sonja Little, Houston , Texas; brother, Ben Soli, Seattle, Washington; and three grandchildren.
