Pharis Reginald “Reggie” Childers of Macon passed away after a brief illness in the early morning hours of Friday, April 16, 2021.
Reggie was a fan of racing, whether it was dirt track, go-cart or NASCAR, he was all in. He spent all of his life in Macon and worked as a pipe layer for Jones Land Developers. He was a family man who loved spending time with those he loved. He was preceded in death by his father, Pharis Leroy Childers.
Those who are left to remember Reggie are his mother, Nancy Soles of Macon; children, Dustin Stover (Shannon), Robert Stover, and Krissie Bolden, all of Macon; sisters, Leah, Regina, and Lenora; and grandchildren, Harmony, Dustin Jr., Ozzlyn, Ivy, R.J., and Nariana.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday, April 20, 2021 from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. at McCullough Funeral Home. A funeral service will take place immediately following visitation in the chapel of McCullough Funeral Home. Burial will be private. For friends unable to attend at this time, the service will be streamed live via the McCullough Funeral Home Facebook page at www.facebook.com/mcculloughfuneralhome/live/.
