Phillip Outlaw, 62, died February 21 in Las Vegas, NV. Services will be held on Tuesday, February 26 at 2:00 P.M. at First United Methodist Church of Warner Robins. Visitation will be Monday evening from 6:00 until 8:00 P.M. at McCullough Funeral Home. Family and friends are invited to 116 Mack Lane, Warner Robins following the services.
Mr. Outlaw was born in Phenix City, AL. He graduated from Georgia Tech with a Bachelors degree in Engineering. He later earned a Masters degree in Physics from the University of Georgia. He was the Radiation Safety Officer at University of Nevada at Las Vegas. He was a member of First Methodist Church of Warner Robins. Mr. Outlaw held several titles including Mr. Universe in the sport of body building. He was preceded in death by his parents, Lee and Alice Outlaw.
Survivors include his wife, Carol Outlaw of Henderson, NV; sons, Steven Outlaw and Travis Outlaw (Adella), both of Henderson, NV; daughters, Terri Morrow (Jeff) and Kelly Birt (Bobby), both of Summerville, SC; brother, Jerry Outlaw, Jupiter, FL; sisters, Shirley Cothron, Warner Robins, and Cynthia Cameron, Dayton, OH; eight grandchildren, several nieces and nephews, and his dog, Bandit.
