Mrs. Pillai was born on February 2, 1930 in Kallooppara, India. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and sister. Her parents, Krishna Pillai and Lexmi Amma Pillai, preceded her in death.

Her memory will forever be treasured by her loving husband of sixty years, Sankara Narayana Kolappa Pillai, Warner Robins; daughter, Aruna Pillai, M.D. and son in-law, Anil Pillai, M.D., Warner Robins; grandsons Ajay and Vijay Pillai, Warner Robins; and brothers, K.K. Sathyan and K.S. Thampi, both of Texas.

Visitation will be Wednesday, October 19, 2011 from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. at McCullough Funeral Home. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, October 19, 2011 in the chapel of McCullough Funeral Home. Burial will be private.
