We are deeply saddened to announce that on Friday, April 14, 2023, Randee Lynn Head, passed away. She was without a doubt the most wonderful wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend anyone could have. We will all miss her dearly.
Born in Brookline, MA on December 6, 1953, Randee was of the Jewish faith. In her younger years, she enjoyed studying fine arts and was a talented ballerina; she was super smart and artistic as she applied these attributes in web design. Randee was always energetic and enjoyed keeping busy as she was usually the entertainment. It was not unusual to hear a sweet song coming from her lips at any given time. Randee jumped at the opportunity to travel any chance she got, as well. Outgoing, sociable, and a friend to everyone, Randee loved all people and delighted in taking care of everybody, especially her family. She was the epitome of a “Mama Bear” for her sons, Matthew and Evan, and was the perfect wife to her husband, William; she always took care of him and made him a better man. In later years, Randee was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis and was a huge advocate for the cause. She fought it hard and refused to give up; she worked up until she passed away. The legacy of Randee’s love, grace, determination and strength will forever live on in the hearts of everyone who knew her.
She was preceded in death by her father, Robert Geiger; and her brother, Steven Lipson.
Those left to cherish her memory are her devoted husband of 47 years, William Head of Warner Robins; sons, Matthew Brian Head of Forsyth and Evan Head of Brunswick; grandchildren, Robert Anderson, Kori Sanders and Bradley Sanders; mother, Janet Geiger; sister, Francee Costa (William) of Atlanta; sisters-in-law, Patricia Head of Orlando and Linda Lipson; niece, Catherine Costa; and nephews, Cameron Costa, and Eric and Ryan Lipson.
