Randy Jones

Randy Jones, 59, entered into the arms of his Savior on Friday, October 2, 2015.

Randy was born on January 14, 1956 in Macon, Georgia. A 1974 graduate of Warner Robins High School, Randy loved Demon football, fishing and being involved with coaching his boys throughout their athletic careers. Beginning in 1973, he worked many years in the automotive business as a Parts and Service Manager for Moody Ford, Eddie Wiggins Ford, Jerry Barker Chevrolet and Byron Tire Company. After many years in the automotive business, he was currently employed by Parsons Contracting on Robins Air Force Base. Randy dearly loved his Second Baptist Church family and his Sunday school class. His parents, Paschal and Esther Jones, preceded him in death.

As a husband, father, grandparent, friend and coach, his memory will forever be treasured by his loving wife Susan Jones; sons, Roman Jones (Jerré) of Perry; Troy Jones (Amie) and Timothy Jones, both of Bonaire; grandchildren, Avery Jones, Tanner Jones, Anna Kathryn Jones, Colson Jones and Anistyn Jones; sister, Lydia Jones Abell (James) of Byron; niece, Angela Hendrix of Byron; aunt, Hazel Colson of Warner Robins and many cousins and friends.

Visitation will be Sunday, October 4, 2015 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at McCullough Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Monday, October 5, 2015 at Second Baptist Church. Afterwards, Mr. Jones will be laid to rest in Parkway Memorial Gardens. The family can be reached at the Jones residence.

In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully suggests memorial donations be given in memory of Randy Jones to Second Baptist Church Victory Sports ministry or the Second Baptist Church Choir, 2504 Moody Road, Bonaire, GA 31005.
