Rebecca Ann Alegre

Rebecca Ann (King) Alegre, "Bec" to those that loved her, 62, went home to be with Our Lord on Sunday, October 27, 2013.

Bec was born on March 2, 1951 in Altoona, Pennsylvania, to the late Robert and Marian King. She graduated from Altoona Area High School in 1969. A member of the worshipping communities of Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Warner Robins, and St. Patrick Catholic Church, Kathleen, she served as a Communion Minister, a clown for children at church picnics, charity events and at the Children's Hospital. Bec was active in the Diocesan Cursillo Movement.

Her memory will forever be treasured by her beloved husband, Ed Alegre, her sons, Andy and Michael Trostle, her sister, Deborah Neuhart, her brother, Jeffrey King and extended family and friends.

The Rosary Service will be Monday, October 28, 2013 at 7:00 p.m. at St. Patrick Catholic Church, Kathleen. Funeral Services will be held at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, October 29, 2013 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Warner Robins, with interment following at 2:30 p.m. in Georgia Veteran's Memorial Cemetery in Milledgeville. In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully suggests memorial donations to Sacred Heart Catholic School, 250 Davis Drive, Warner Robins, GA, 31088.
