Rhonda Yvonne Parker

Rhonda Parker is the daughter of Frances L. Arnold and Willie James Arnold. She graduated from Warner Robins High School in 1968, attended Middle Georgia College, Georgia Southwestern, and obtained a Masters Degree from Georgia College. She taught science for twenty-seven years in Houston County schools.

Rhonda grew up in Second Baptist Church in her early years. Those were happy years of Sunday School, Vacation Bible School, and church camps. She later attended Central Baptist Church.

Rhonda married Floyd Kenneth Parker in 1972. They had two children: Kenneth James Parker and Christopher Michael Parker. Her hobbies and loves were pets, sewing, reading, gardening, and painting.

She is survived by her beloved sons, Chris Parker and his partner, Chris Pruitt, and Kenneth Parker, her loving daughter in law, Heather Parker and wonderful grandsons, Drake Parker and Alek Parker and sister, Pam Hunter.

She wishes all to know: “We come from the Father who gave us the gift of life, and we return to the Father.”

At the family’s request, all services will be private.
