Richard Lee Phoebus, 89, was reunited with his beloved wife of 65 years, Rosie Lee Roberson Phoebus, in Heaven on Wednesday, July 27, 2022.

In addition to his wife and parents, Richard was preceded in death by his son, James Phoebus; and brother, Earl Phoebus.
His memory will forever be treasured by his daughter, Dorothy P. Hullett (Bruce); grandchildren, Evan Hullett (Mandy) and Cameron Hullett; three great-grandchildren, Mason, Gracyn, and Parker; brother, Bill Phoebus; as well as a host of extended family members and friends.
