Rob Mead, 53, entered into rest on Friday, July 29, 2011.

Rob was born on September 18, 1957 in Washington D.C. With pride and honor he served his country in the United States Army, and proudly worked as a reporter with the Houston Home Journal. He loved music and playing the guitar, and he attended All Saints Episcopal Church. His father, Arthur John Mead, Jr. preceded him in death.

His memory will forever be treasured by his mother, Barbara Mead, Warner Robins; and brother, Mark Morgan (Cheryl), Macon.

Visitation will be Friday, August 5, 2011 from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. at McCullough Funeral Home. Memorial services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, August 5, 2011 in the chapel of McCullough Funeral Home. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully suggests memorial donations to be given to Long Term Acute Care at Wesley Woods Complex Center, 1833 Clifton Road NE, Atlanta, GA 30329.
