Robert Alan Moss

Robert Alan Moss, 65, entered into rest on Sunday, March 11, 2012.

Robert, born October 24, 1946, in Fort Benning, lived in Warner Robins his entire life. He worked at Elmer's Hardware, and later retired from the City of Warner Robins Recreation Department as a Maintenance Supervisor in 2007. He loved yard work, being outdoors, and riding his grandson on the lawnmower. He held a special place in his heart for the church ladies at Second Baptist Church, his home church. His parents, Roy Cecil Moss and Hazel Burnetta McInvale Moss, preceded him in death.

His memory will forever be treasured by his beloved wife, Carolyn Williams Moss; children, Brandi Moss and Josh Moss, both of Roberta; grandson, Xykhare Hayes; stepchildren, Donna Amos (Bill), Bonaire, Donald Borah, Kathleen, and Kelli Sikes (Pastor Jason), McDonough; grandsons, Chad Hilton, Canton, Georgia, Eli Sikes and Brynley Sikes; and sister, Cecilia West (Hubert), Mount Olive, Mississippi.

Visitation will be Monday, March12, 2012, from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at McCullough Funeral Home. A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, March 13, 2012, in Manchester Cemetery in Manchester, Georgia, Pastor Jason Sikes officiating. In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully suggests memorial donations to Second Baptist Church, c/o Helping Hearts, 2504 Moody Road, Warner Robins GA 31088.
