Robert Dale Rodgers

Robert Dale Rodgers, 78, entered into rest on Saturday, July 11, 2009.

Mr. Rodgers was born on September 10, 1930 in Wichita, Kansas. With pride and honor he served his country in the United States Air Force retiring with the rank of Master Sergeant. His parents, Carl and Pearl Rodgers, preceded him in death.

His memory will forever be treasured by his loving wife of twenty-two years, Alice Rodgers; sons, Pall Rodgers of Houston, Texas, Carl Rodgers (Gayle) of Hampton, Virginia and Robert D. Rodgers, Jr. of Winfield, Kansas; Daughters, Diane Thomson of Wilmington, North Carolina, Debbie Rodgers Cahoon (Rex) of Hampton, Virginia, Sue Hoffman (Will) of Maysville, Montana, Darlene Smith (Ron) of Byron and Robin Hodgkins (Kenneth) of Byron; grandchildren, Shannon Thomson Shanks (Strider), Amy Thomson, Tony Rodgers, Aubrey Rodgers, Matthew Rodgers, Brandon Rodgers, Kelly Rodgers, Terry Rodgers, Robert Allen Crawford, Jennifer Dewilde (Derrick), Audrey Hodgkins and Malorey Hodgkins; great-grandchildren, Regan and Eryn Shanks; brothers, Rex Rodgers and Sister Shirley Rodgers.
