Robert Joseph Smallfence

Late in the evening of Friday, April 6, 2024, Robert Smallfence, 77, joined his Lord and Savior in heaven.

 Robert was born on December 21, 1946, in Brooklyn, New York to the late Harry and Pearl St. James Smallfence. Prior to moving to Warner Robins in 1976, he worked in the Iron industry helping build the Twin Towers and the Empire State Building among several others. A devoted Catholic, Robert was a member of St. Joseph’s Catholic Church where he assisted as an usher and was a Euchrarist minister visiting members of the church and offering communion. Robert was very proud of his Mohawk Indian heritage and being a New Yorker. He was a talented artist, loved coffee and exploring the outdoors, but he mostly loved and adored his family. Robert was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Judy Smallfence.

 His memory will forever be treasured by his son, Scott Smallfence (Amanda) of Perry; grandchildren, Lindsey Wilcox (Eric Tyler), Sophie-Lin Franks, Jonathan Kendrick (Amy), Tiffany Smallfence, Jonathan Smallfence and Jimmy Wood; great grandson, Noah Kendrick; brother, Michael Smallfence (Anita) of Kearny, New Jersey and great nieces, Suzy Smallfence and Karen Lanthrip (Randy).

At the family’s request all services will be private.

In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully suggests memorial donations be given in memory of Robert Joseph Smallfence to St. Joseph’s Catholic Church at 830 Poplar Street, Macon, Georgia 31201 or to a memorial fund benefiting Robert Smallfence. These gifts can be made payable directly to McCullough Funeral Home with “Robert Smallfence Memorial Fund” written in the memo line.
