Ronald Roy Mclaughlin

Ronald Roy McLaughlin, 69, entered into rest on Saturday, November 9, 2013.

Ronald was born on December 22, 1943 in Newville, Pennsylvania to the late Daniel and Clover George McLaughlin. With pride and honor, he served in the United States Navy during the Vietnam Era obtaining the rank of Petty Officer Third Class. Ronald went on to serve Civil Service at various military installations in the Southeast before retiring from Robins Air Force Base. He was a member of the American Legion and enjoyed golfing, fishing and collecting coins.

His memory will forever be treasured by his wife of fifty years, Colleen E. McLaughlin, Warner Robins; children, Danny McLaughlin (Mary), San Jose, California; Todd McLaughlin, Chambersburg, Pennsylvania; and Nicole Wilson (Clay), Destin, Florida; grandchildren, Stephen, Connor, Sean, Ian, Alexis, Jason, Joshua and Katelyn; siblings, Larry McLaughlin, Sun City, Arizona; Vonnie Lay, Newville, Pennsylvania; and a host of loving nieces, nephews and friends.

Funeral services will be held at 4:00 p.m. on Friday, November 15, 2013 in the chapel of McCullough Funeral Home. The family will receive friends at the funeral home one hour prior to service. Interment will be private. The family will accept flowers or donations may be given to the American Cancer Society, 804 Cherry St, Ste A, Macon, GA 31201.
