Ruth C. Smalley

Ruth C. Smalley, 88, entered into rest on Wednesday, March 27, 2013.

Mrs. Smalley was born on October 16, 1924 in Cincinnati, Ohio to the late Harry Martin Meyer and Irene Esterman Meyer. She earned a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Nursing from the University of Dayton and was a retired Registered Nurse. Mrs. Smalley lived in Warner Robins for the past seven years and was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church. She enjoyed water colors, playing cards, swimming, and was an avid reader.

Her memory will forever be treasured by her loving husband, Paul Alton Smalley, Warner Robins; children, Cindy Walker, Warner Robins and Mark Smalley (Deborah), Rockville, Maryland; and grandchildren, Bill Walker, Warner Robins, Alex Walker, Lexington, Georgia, and Alton Smalley, Rockville, Maryland.

A Memorial Mass was celebrated at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, April 6, 2013 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Warner Robins. A Committal Service will be at held in Cincinnati on Saturday, May 25, 2013 at 12:00 p.m. in St. Joseph Cemetery in the Mother of God Chapel.
