Ryan Floyd, 41, entered into rest on Monday, January 23, 2023.
Ryan was born on September 1, 1981, in Warner Robins, Georgia. He graduated from Warner Robins High School in 2000. Playing baseball was something he not only played throughout his childhood and into his adult life, but he passed on his gift through coaching as well. Ryan was an excelled mechanic who loved working on cars and could often be found racing them in his younger days. He loved his son, Taylor, and cherished any time they could spend together. One of the funniest and most outgoing personalities, Ryan was a beloved father, son, brother, and friend.
Ryan was preceded in death by his mother, Connie Hopkins. His memory will forever be treasured by his son, Taylor Floyd of Pittsview, Alabama; father and stepmother, Larry and Gwen Floyd of Cochran, Georgia; sister, Amy Hutto (Ryan) of Fort Valley; niece and nephew, Allie Hutto and Mac Hutto; stepsiblings, Ashia Hogan (Casey) and Brandon Keel (Chara); along with any other loving aunts, uncles, and cousins.
A public visitation will be Thursday, January 26, 2023, from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. at McCullough Funeral Home. A funeral service will immediately follow at 11:00 a.m. in the chapel of McCullough Funeral Home. Afterward, Ryan will be laid to rest in Magnolia Park Cemetery.
