Samantha Paige Slappey

Centerville- Samantha Paige Slappey, infant, passed away on July 10, 2004 at a local hospital. Visitation will be held from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. on Sunday, July 11, 2004 at McCullough Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, July 12, in the chapel of McCullough Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Oaklawn Cemetery in Ft. Valley, GA.

Samantha was preceded in death by her grandparents, Rueben and Dorothy Slappey.

Survivors include her parents, Benjamin and Tammy Slappey, Centerville; two sisters, Lindsay Mears and Sarah Slappey, Centerville; grandparents, Bobby and Sarah Brown, Warner Robins; Aunts and Uncles, Emmett and Linda Slappey, Byron; David and Betty Lynn Slappey, Ft. Valley; Rickey and Donna Carrier, Warner Robins; and David and Brenda Taylor, Warner Robins; and many cousins.
