Sandra Renee Bernard

Sandra Renee Bernard, 60, of Warner Robins, Georgia, passed away peacefully on Saturday, November 16, 2024, at her residence surrounded by loved ones.

Born on July 17, 1964, in New York, NY, she was the daughter of the late Lowery Ward and Dorothy Alexander. Sandra was a dedicated employee who spent many years as a sales associate at Wal-Mart.

Above all, Sandra will be remembered for her love and devotion to her family. She was a cherished mother, grandmother, and wife. Sandra had a vibrant personality and was known for her strong-willed nature, her candidness, and her infectious laugh. Her family was the center of her world, and she took great pride in cooking delicious meals for her loved ones.

In her spare time, Sandra enjoyed decorating her home, watching her favorite television shows, and dining out with her beloved husband. She also shared a special bond with her dog, "Chase," who was a constant companion and source of joy in her life.

In addition to her parents, Sandra was preceded in death by her siblings, Melvin, James, and Vicky.

Sandra's memory will live on in the hearts of her family and friends including her husband, Ishmail A. Muhammad; children, Ishmail, Ishaq, Ibrahiym, Naiym, Haliym, and Naseem Bernard; 15 grandchildren; siblings, Claudette, Angela, and Debbie; as well as several nieces, nephews, other beloved extended family members and friends.

A visitation with Sandra’s family and friends will be held on Thursday, November 21, 2024, from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at McCullough Funeral Home. A graveside funeral service celebrating Sandra’s life will take place on Friday, November 22, 2024, at 1:00 p.m. in Parkway Memorial Gardens where Sandra will be laid to rest.
