Sandra and Charles ventured to Lake Sinclair for a time before returning to Warner Robins in 2012 to be closer to family. Her family held a special place in Sandra's heart, and she cherished the time spent with all of them, especially her grandchildren. She was an excellent caretaker, and cook who delighted in preparing meals for her loved ones. Additionally, she was an avid reader.
Sandra was not only dedicated to her family and work, but also to her faith. She was a devoted member of Trinity United Methodist Church, where her commitment was evident through her occasional service as the church's secretary. She was also actively involved in the women's group. Sandra's involvement extended to Andrew United Methodist Church in Kathleen, where she later became an active and cherished member.
