April 3, 1942 — May 3, 2003

Bonaire, GA – Sandy Allen, 61, went home to be with the Lord, Saturday, May 3, 2003. She passed away at the Medical Center of Central Georgia. Celebration services will be held at 7:00pm on Tuesday, May 6 at the Day Spring Baptist Church.

The family will receive friends following the service.

In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to Hospice of Houston County.

Mrs. Allen was born in Tuscola, IL. She was a chiropractic assistant with Leavengood Chiropractic Healthcare. She was a faithful member of Day Springs Baptist Church where she and her husband Keith served as nursery coordinator. She also served as a Republican Party precinct chairman. Her parents, Forrest and Rosalie Sisk preceded her in death.

Survivors include her husband Keith Allen, Bonaire; son, Hobie Woolen (Nancy), Edinburg, IL; daughter, Kim Henderson(Tim), Mt. Zion, IL, son; Marty Woolen (Angela), Macon, daughter; Brittany Allen, Bonaire, son; Zachary Allen, Bonaire, sister; Brenda Stevens (Bob) Neoga, IL; grandchildren, T.J. Henderson, Mark Henderson, Nicholas Woolen.
