Elaine Wilson, 70, passed away peacefully on Saturday, October 21, 2017.
Elaine was born on April 18, 1947 in Carthage, Missouri to the late Clifford and Regina Scheerer Hensley. She worked for the City of Warner Robins as a Network Administrator for many years. Elaine was a kindhearted person who always gave so much of herself to make others feel special. She put her heart and soul into her baking, crafting, embroidery, and sewing; she would use these gifts to uplift others.
Along with her parents, her husband, Richard Alton Wilson, and brother, Clifford Lee Hensley preceded her in death.
Her memory will forever be treasured by her daughters, Heather Michelle Hare of Macon; Holly Amber Clark of Warner Robins; grandchildren, Trevor Mackenzie Hare of St. Louis, Missouri; Chelsea Mariah Clark of Warner Robins; Ayden Bradley of Warner Robins; sisters, Alyce Wilson (Tom) of Kimberling City, Missouri; Kathy Hill (Don) of Carthage, Missouri and brother, Michael Hensley (Janet) of San Antonio, Texas.
A memorial gathering to celebrate Elaine’s life will be held from 4:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 4, 2017 in The Farmhouse at McCullough.
In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully suggests memorial donations be given in memory of Sarah “Elaine” Wilson to Heartland Hospice, 200 Northside Crossing, Macon, Georgia 31210.
