Scott Michael Carroll, Sr.

Michael Scott Carroll, Sr., 60, entered into rest on Sunday, April 6, 2008.

Mr. Carroll was born on August 3, 1947 in Vienna, Georgia. He attended First Methodist Church of Hawkinsville. With pride and honor, he served his country in the U. S. Navy and participated in the Vietnam Conflict. A retired Civil Servant, Mr. Carroll enjoyed several hobbies, particularly hunting, fishing and playing softball. His parents, Roscoe B Carroll and Carolyn Moore Carroll, preceded him in death.

Survivors include his wife, Sue Carroll, Hawkinsville; daughter, Michelle C. Martin, Hawkinsville; son Michael Scott Carroll, Jr. (Sandy), Macon; brother Jeff Carroll (June), Warner Robins; sister, Angel Anthony (Jay), California; and four grandchildren.

Visitation will be Tuesday, April 8, 2008 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at McCullough Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 9, 2008, in the chapel of McCullough Funeral Home with interment following in Glen Haven Cemetery.
