Scott Mitchem

Scott Mitchem, 50, entered into rest on Wednesday, September 14, 2011.

Scott was born on April 23, 1961 in Macon, Georgia. He attended Southside Baptist Church. He was an avid outdoorsman, enjoying hunting, fishing and woodworking. He most loved spending time with his family and friends. His mother, Frances Compton, preceded him in death.

His memory will forever be treasured by his wife of thirty-one years, Kathy Mitchem; children, Christie Icard (Jared) of Warner Robins; Justin Mitchem (Sara), grandson, J.D. Mitchem, all of Kathleen; mother and father-in-law, David and Ethel Graham, Warner Robins; and many loving friends and family.

Family will greet friends Saturday, September 17, one hour prior to the service. Funeral Service will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, September 17, 2011 in the chapel of McCullough Funeral Home. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully suggests memorial donations to Southside Baptist Church, 1040 S. Houston Lake Road, Warner Robins, Georgia 31088.
