Sharon Kay Gant

Sharon Kay Gant, 82, entered into rest on Friday, February 3, 2023.

Sharon was born on December 23, 1940, in Moscow, Idaho to the late Floyd and Florence Linehan. She worked in Civil Service for Robins Air Force Base. She was very active in the VFW as an auxiliary member and past president. Sharon loved traveling. She loved her family and often looked forward to any time she could spend with them, including regular family reunions.

Her memory will forever be treasured by her husband of 65 years, Ray Gant; their children, Debbie Burnet (Gene), Denise Clyburn (Pat), Pamela Hillstrom (Paul), and Gary Gant (Carrena); along with 7 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be Tuesday, February 7, 2023, from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. at McCullough Funeral Home. A funeral service will immediately follow at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of McCullough Funeral Home. Afterward, Sharon will be laid to rest in Magnolia Park Cemetery.

The family will accept flowers or donations may be given in memory of Sharon Gant to Hospice Care Options at 486 New Street, Macon, GA 31201.
