Sharron K. Cole

Sharron K. Cole, loving homemaker, wife, mother, grandmother and sister, passed away on Friday, June 5, 2015 at the age of 65.

Sharron was born on August 13, 1949 in Florala, Alabama to the late Lt. Col. Elton L. Kelly, USAF (Ret.) and Florence Rogers Kelly. She graduated from Woodson High School in Fairfax, Virginia and studied at UGA and North Carolina Wesleyan College. As a younger woman, Sharron enjoyed traveling with her father on military assignments, stateside and abroad. While living in Milwaukee, she worked as a traffic manager for WXIX Channel 18 and she also worked in Administration for Williams Realty in Warner Robins.

Her parents; and stepson, Donald J. Cole, preceded her in death.

Sharron's memory will forever be treasured by her loving husband, Lt. Col. Kenneth L. Cole, USAF (Ret.) of Warner Robins; son, Jared Cole of Newport, Kentucky; grandchildren, Michael and Destiny Cole of Newport, Kentucky and Brady and Dylan Cole of Newport, Kentucky; stepdaughter, Sherrie Cole of Newport, Kentucky; sister, Sherryl Robertson of Snellville, Georgia; and nephews, Kelly Robertson of Lawrenceville, Georgia and Jason Robertson of Maysville, Georgia.

A graveside funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, June 8, 2015 in Magnolia Park Cemetery with Reverend Rusty Grace officiating.
