Shirley Ann Baldwin, 77, entered into rest on Thursday, November 8, 2012.
Shirley was born on March 19, 1935 in Winston Salem, North Carolina to the late Lewis and Hester Lancaster. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Warner Robins. For twenty seven years, Shirley owned the Orange Julius Hot Dog Hut in the Houston Mall. She loved to play the piano and sing. Shirley will be fondly remembered for her kindness to others, she enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, and enjoying joking and laughing. In addition to her parents, her husband, Carl Ray Baldwin, also preceded her in death.
Her memory will forever be treasured by her daughter, Carla Allen, grandchildren, Cynthia Nerger, Rick Nerger, and Jessica Pollock, all of Warner Robins; great grandchildren, Faith Nerger, Hannah Pollock, Allyson Pollock, and Tyler Wilson.
A Memorial Service will be held at 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, November 11, 2012 in the Chapel of McCullough Funeral Home. The family will greet friends prior to the service from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. on Sunday. In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully suggests memorial donations to Heart of Georgia Hospice, 103 Westridge Drive, Warner Robins, Georgia 31088.
