Mrs. Phillips was born in Indianapolis, IN and had been involved with the Salvation Army. Her mother, Dorothy Williams, preceded her in death. Survivors include her father, James Williams, IN; daughters, Tina Auker, IN; Penny Perry, IN; Mary Watts, FL; Shirley Mangram, Warner Robins; son, Kenneth Long, IN; brothers, James Williams and Wally Williams, IN; eleven grandchildren, and one great-grandchild.
