Proud American SMSgt. Daniel Paul Webb, USAF (Ret.) passed from this life to the next on Wednesday, August 25, 2021 at the age of 66.
Daniel was one of the funniest people you could ever meet. He was full of personality and everyone knew him for his hilarious nature. What gave him great joy was helping others. His final position at Robins Air Force Base was with Family Support, assisting families who were moving in and out of the base. Daniel was born in Moline, Illinois to Barbara Frizol Webb and the late Herbert D. Webb. He came to Warner Robins after being assigned to Robins Air Force Base and made it his home after his retirement.
He served honorably in the United States Air Force for 24 years, reaching the rank of Senior Master Sergeant. His second career was in education and he earned his Master’s degree from Mercer University. A familiar face at the college, he was the Director of Admissions at Central Georgia Technical College before becoming the Executive Director of Technical Programs at the Georgia VECTR Center.
In addition to his father, Daniel was preceded in death by his brother, Michael Webb.
Those left to cherish his memory are his wife of 43 years, Laura Webb; son, Josh Webb; daughters, Tammy Gray and Angel David; mother, Barbara Webb; sisters, Colleen Watts, Kerri Swank, and Eileen Vermeulen; eight grandchildren; one great grandson; and a host of extended family and friends.
