Ssgt James H. Harrison, Usaf (Ret)

James H. Harrison, 73, died Thursday, December 13 at Medical Center of Central Georgia. Graveside services will be held at 2:00pm on Sunday, December 16, in Parkway Memorial Gardens.

Flowers will be accepted or memorials may be made to the Georgia Heart Association.

Mr. Harrison was born in Bankshead, Alabama. He retired from the U.S. Air Force as a Staff Sergeant and Flight Engineer. He served three tours in the Vietnam War and two tours in the Korean War. He was retired from Civil Service at Robins Air Force Base where he was a C-141 Maintenance Supervisor. Additionally, Mr. Harrison was a member of Oakland Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his wife, Vivian Hale Harrison; and parents, Millard J. and Gertrude Harrison.

Survivors include his son, Timothy Harrison, Warner Robins; and two sisters, Jo Ann Branam and Judye Grimm, both of Carrollton.
