Kenneth Crockett, 87, entered the gates of Heaven on Saturday, January 10, 2015.
Kenneth was born on August 13, 1927 in Grand Rapids, Michigan. With pride and honor, he served his country during the Korean conflict and retired after twenty-one years with a rank of Staff Sargent. He was a member of the American Legion in Texas, loved to mow his grass and tend to his yard and was a great story teller. His greatest accomplishment was his recent salvation. George and Aliene Crockett, preceded him in death.
His memory will forever be treasured by his loving wife of thirty-six years, Sylvia Crockett; sons, Dave Crockett, Richford, Vermont and Steve Crockett, Shingle Springs, California; step children, Mike Daigle (Frances), Kathleen; Denise Bagby (Dennis), Waco, Texas and Michelle Statzer (Keith), Kathleen; grandchildren, Shaun and Tyler Statzer, K.T. Valley, Bryan Reese, Josh Bagby, Amber Kirkland, Joseph Michael and John Vincent Daigle, Maelin Gong, Kristina Baldridge and Anne Crockett; eight great grandchildren and brother, Clarence Crockett (Flessia), Dayton, Ohio.
The family will receive friends, at the home of Sylvia Crockett, on Thursday, January 15, 2015 from 2:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. at 301 Minter Drive Warner Robins, Georgia 31088.
In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully suggests memorial donations be given In Memory of Kenneth Crockett to Heart of Georgia Hospice, 301 Westridge Drive, Warner Robins, Georgia 31088.
