Ssgt Myron Jackson Crumpton, Usaf (Ret)

Myron Jackson Crumpton, 76, entered into rest on Tuesday, February 15, 2011.

Mr. Crumpton was born on March 5, 1934 in Milan, Georgia. SSgt Crumpton proudly served his country in the United States Air Force serving during the Vietnam Era and Korean Conflict. After retirement from the Air Force, he continued his career at IBEW Local Union 1316 where he worked as an Electrician. His parents, Millard and Inez Taylor Crumpton, preceded him in death.

His memory will forever be treasured by his loving wife of thirty nine years, Betty L. Jackson Crumpton; Warner Robins; children, Clifford Crumpton, Warner Robins; Wendy Moore, Macon; Jeff Crumpton, Warner Robins; Donna Rathbun, Tina Hooker, Robyn Martin, all of Macon; step children, Tammy Warner, Macon; Darlene Becerra, Warner Robins; Wayne Dorminy, Macon; Rory Tyner, Cochran; brother, Colin Crumpton, Macon; sisters, Mildred Prine, Lake Wales, Florida; Teresa Crumpton, Gail Crumpton, Elizabeth Crumpton, Jacquelyn Horton, all of Macon; and numerous grandchildren.

Visitation will be Friday evening, February 18, from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at McCullough Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, February 19, 2011, in the chapel of McCullough Funeral Home with interment following in Magnolia Park Cemetery.
