Steve L. Neisler

Steve L. Neisler, 70, entered into rest on Sunday, November 2, 2008.

Mr. Neisler was born on September 6, 1938, in Reynolds. With pride and honor he served his country in the United States Army. He worked in civil service as a fire fighter and retired from Robins Air Force Base. His church home was Centerville First Baptist Church. His brother, Troy Neisler, and parents, Charlie Lewis Neisler and Jessie Raleigh Neisler, preceded him in death.

His memory will forever be treasured by his wife, Jean Coussons Neisler; daughters, Scarlett Alford (David), Warner Robins, and Amber Neisler, Warner Robins; son, Brett Neisler (Juanita), Fort Valley; brothers, Hugh Neisler, Macon, and Charles Neisler, Reynolds; grandchildren, Blade Alford, Brye Perkins, Cameron Neisler and Brianna Neisler; and several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be Wednesday, November 5, 2008, from 7:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. at McCullough Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, November 6, 2008, in the chapel of McCullough Funeral Home, Reverend Sydney Odom officiating. Interment will follow in Parkway Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made to United Hospice of Macon, 2484 Ingleside Ave., Bldg. B, Macon GA 31204.
