Steven Eugene Buffington

One year old Steven Eugene Buffington, precious son of Ashley Buffington and Steven Joel Rivera, passed away at the Medical Center of Peach County on Thursday, November 26, 2020.

A sweet and happy baby, Steven would laugh and dance whenever a happy song came on. He was a wonderful little sidekick to his mommy and was the best little helper around. He loved playing with his pet dogs and giving big ‘ol sweet wet kisses to everyone.

His memory will forever be treasured by his mommy, Ashley Buffington; daddy, Steven Joel Rivera both of Byron; grandparents, Gene and Wanda Buffington of Kathleen; Joe and Kathy Rivera of Warner Robins; and Joey Lynn Anderson of Kathleen; great-grandparents, Jeanette and John Jackson; Karen and James Stone; Bobbie Anderson, all of Kathleen; and aunts and uncles, Melissa Rivera of Warner Robins; James and Jessie Rivera of Perry; and Barbara and Kenneth Jackson of Kathleen.

A memorial service will be held at 4:00 p.m. on Monday, December 14, 2020, at McCullough Funeral Home. For friends and family unable to attend, the service will be streamed live via the McCullough Funeral Home Facebook page at www.facebook.com/mcculloughfuneralhome/live/.
