Sue Shavey

Sue Shavey, 81, entered into rest on Sunday, August 10, 2014.

Sue was born on May 28, 1933 in Topeka, Kansas and was of the Catholic faith. She was an avid reader and loved to travel.

Her beloved husband, Dave Lee Shavey; parents, William and Phyllis Thomas Zeidler; sister, Sylvia Hoover, preceded her in death.

Sue's memory will forever be treasured by her loving children, Cindy Lohse of Fort Smith, Arkansas, Cher Withey and Lisa Melton, both of Byron, Georgia and Darrell Shavey of Colorado; five grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; sister, Eileen Miller of Topeka, Kansas; and several loving nieces, nephews and friends.

Services will be private.

In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully suggests memorial donations be given In Memory of Sue Shavey to Byron Public Library, P.O. Box 1120, Byron, Georgia 31008.
