Sylvia Ethridge Watson

Sylvia Ethridge Watson, 63, died Sunday, May 26, at her residence. Services will be held on Wednesday, May 29 at 2:00 pm in the Chapel of McCullough Funeral Home with interment following in Glen Haven Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be Tuesday from 7:00 until 9:00 pm at McCullough Funeral Home.

Memorials may be made to the American Heart Association, 134 Cherren Dale Drive, Warner Robins, GA, 31088.

Mrs. Watson was born in Lamar County, GA. She attended Yatesville High School. She was a homemaker. A member of Green Acres Baptist Church, Mrs. Watson had been a resident of Warner Robins since 1956. She was also a member of the Middle Georgia Orchid Society and the Warner Robins Koi Society. She was preceded in death by her parents, Emory and Julia Ruffin Ethridge.

She is survived by her husband of forty-six years, Norbun L. Watson; daughter, Marilynn Ethridge (George), Warner Robins; son, Timothy L. Watson, Warner Robins; twin brother, Sidney Ethridge, Warner Robins; brother, Earl Ethridge, Griffin, GA; sister, Jan Prince, Warner Robins; five grandchildren, two great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

McCullough Funeral Home has charge of arrangements.
